Weekly Update from President Scott Emley

Greetings Rotarians,

I owe President Elect Betty Stevens a big thank you for presiding at last week's meeting in my absence.  District Governor Debra Rodenbaugh-Schaub spoke to our club about the plans for the upcoming Rotary year.  Tom Fryer introduced our newest Paul Harris Fellow, Rich Wartell.  Congratulations Rich!    We've now added 2  Paul Harris Fellows in the past 2 weeks.  Speaking of adding 2, we will introduce 2 new members to our club in the next 2 weeks. Please extend a warm welcome to Gavin Garmin who will be introduced this week and Martin Seay who will be introduced July 31. 

This week we will enjoy our annual visit from Coach Bill Snyder.  Program chair Eric Higgins assures me Coach Snyder is prepared to talk football, depth charts, and injury updates as well as recruiting success stories! Hopefully, all of you reading this know the previous sentence will not pass the 4 Way Test and is shared in jest.   Regardless, be sure to bring a guest as well as your questions in anticipation of Coach Snyder's visit to our club.   I hope to see you for lunch this Thursday!
