Weekly Updates from President Wertzberger

Good Afternoon!  With temperatures in the low 60s and bright sunshine, if we didn’t still have snow on the ground I would be thinking I have 18 different items to attend to outside!

This past Thursday we heard from Beverly Olson, Director of Shepherds Crossing for an update on their services.   Coincidently, the cup money for this month is for Shepherds Crossing AND 3 Rotarians of our club have promised to match the donations received!  Thank you so much and let’s try and get deep in their pockets! (Ok I copied and pasted from last week’s e-mail)

Last Thursday our latest social at Frontier Farm Credit was a huge success with almost one third of our club attending.  Special thanks to Tony English and Keith Westervelt for their efforts.

This week we are having our 2 ^nd club assembly of the Rotary year 2013-2014.   Under a separate e-mail with the webmaster wizard's approval, you will see the committee list.  If you signed up and don’t see your name, no worries just go to the committee you have an interest in.  Also if you are attending and are not on a committee, by all means please join one of those in progress.   The last time we did this time quickly went by and many stayed beyond 1 to finish their discussions.  So to allow more time we will have our regular announcements and then go to committee  breakouts.
